Reservations & Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours notice should you wish to cancel your appointment as a courtesy to our Therapists and other clients. Giving us this notice will enable us to reschedule your appointment for you, and offer your cancelled slot to a waiting client.
Appointments
Please be aware that late arrivals will result in shorter treatment times. As a courtesy to other clients we request that mobile phones are on silent during your time with us. The ReTreat cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items. Please make sure you retrieve all your valuables before leaving our salon.
Children
We can treat minors between the ages of 13-17 as long as a parent or guardian is present to sign a consent form.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available to buy at Reception or over the phone. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from date of issue, and are not transferable and non-refundable. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Cards are valuable and should be treated like cash. If lost they cannot be replaced. Damaged or altered Cards cannot be accepted.
Courses
All courses must be paid in full at time of booking, completed within the timescale as recommended by your Therapist and also completed within 6 months. Courses are not refundable and non-transferable.
Payment
We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. We are sorry but do not accept American Express at this time. We do not accept Cheques. Prices may be subject to change without notice.
Refunds and Exchanges
We are sure you will be completely happy with your service and treatment provided at The ReTreat. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact the Salon Manager within 48 hours after having your treatment and we will do all that we can to resolve the problem. If you are not satisfied with any product, please return within 7 days of purchase. Products must be returned unused, unopened and with their original seal intact, in the same condition as they were originally purchased from The ReTreat. We cannot exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the same condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
